WOW - what a way to make a debut!
Not only is this an amazing thriller, it’s set in Maine - and written by a fellow southern Mainer.
Going back and forth through different perspectives and different time frames - we see the impact of a single case on the family and the detective that were changed forever because of it.
I don’t want to give away a single spoiler, but the story, the writing, and the impeccable pacing of this book was art.
