The title says it all - and this memoir/thriller was so addictively chilling and all around awesome. And while I don’t typically read memoirs - this was BEYOND worth the read.

It's thriller season!

🎃Happy October! 🎃Are you ready for some fall/spooky reads? Here’s a great one coming up on Halloween – October 31! Thank you @netgalley and @avon_books for this ARC- this was intense - I felt like I was clenching my jaw throughout to get to the end! Cherrie used to be Leigh Ann, and she used to be Little Bones - daughter of Mr. Bones - a notorious serial killer of young boys. Her old life was behind her until boys start disappearing again - and somehow her past becomes her present in a weird parallel universe that hits too close to home. While I feel like this could have gone a little deeper into her past, I thought it absolutely checked the box of an addicting thriller that I needed to race to the conclusion to see what happened! ⭐️QOTD: What scary reads are on your #tbr pile this month? 👻

Too Good To Be True

This sunrise this morning was 👌. I really liked this thriller - and without giving anything away - this book description sums it up: One Love Story. Two Marriages. Three Versions Of The Truth. It’s a super fast and fun page turner! How did you like this one? 👋

This one jumps right into a topic that will make you squirm – an older famous male celebrity Korey Fields that uses his tremendous power to lure, groom, and abuse Enchanted Jones – an aspiring singer and high school student. This book opens up to Enchanted opening her eyes to find blood on her hands – with no memory – and sees Korey slumped and dead on the floor. Then, we backtrack to that very first meeting and work our way up to finding out what happened. Tiffany D. Jackson has quickly become one of my new favorite authors (Allegedly was my first read of hers) – and this is obviously hard to stomach, but it’s so good. She’s a brilliant author that grabs you in the first sentence and you’ll probably finish this in one sitting. I’ll be reading her Monday’s Not Coming later this month – can’t wait @writeinbk 🙌
